OP: 「旅の途中」 (Tabi no Tochuu) by 清浦夏実 (Kiyoura Natsumi)
Craft Lawrence, a twenty-five-year-old traveling peddler comes to the town of Pasroe during a harvest festival and comes aquanited with the legend of the wolf-deity Holo. While in town, he meets up with a younger girl named Chloe who he taught many things about the merchant trade. She wants to partner up with him, but he declines, saying that she is still too young to be making such bold and risky moves. Lawrence meets Holo one night and learns she escaped the town in order to travel north to her homeland. Lawrence agrees to bring her along on his travels.
